In Norway, we have special food for Christmas. Mostly very fatty and I have asked my co-worker about the reason behind having those food for X'mas and he said that people need to eat those and get fat to stand the chill.
I guess that make sense. One of my favorite X'mas food in Norway is.......
烧肉. Just like the one people would get in Hong Kong.
